Vancouver, BC – Dish Jeans Ltd. is excited to announce that the first deliveries of their innovative jeanswear product for the new modern woman have begun! “DESI” finally makes its debut and has begun selling its first collection at specialty stores throughout North America, faster than they can get them out of their shipping boxes and onto the floor!

“DESI” is designed for a strong modern woman, giving her a truly contemporary persona, but built specifically to enable her to look good in feel-good fits adjusted to her own body’s needs as she celebrates her curves!” says Creative & Design Director Donald Johannesson. “She wants to look fantastic and feel great about herself in pure, clean, and uncluttered up-to-date sophisticated jeans featuring exciting fabrics and washes – the look of her daughters and nieces but in fits to compliment her own shape and lifestyle. “DESI” is designed with precise attention to the actual ergonomics of a woman’s body – the techniques of constructing a garment to follow the natural contours and shape of the human form for a better look, feel and overall fit.”

“DESI” offers six flattering fits by combining the real curve of the hips and the actual shaping of the thighs along with three positionings of the rise to avoid the dreaded “muffin-top.” In tandem with innovative all-day-long “no bag/no sag” technology within its fabrics’ fibres, the subtle control of the tummy and butt areas by advanced “lipoconstruction” techniques (perfect camouflaging of those perceived problem areas) is achieved every time.

“DESI” is driven by European trends, smart and somewhat sophisticated, but constructed with Canadian style and sensibilities. As such, the line is focused around the most important, versatile and desirable fabric in these woman’s lives – denim, in all its modern glory!
